IndiGo Expands Codeshare Network with Turkish Airlines to Include Four US Cities

IndiGo announced on Monday that its codeshare partnership with Turkish Airlines has been expanded to a total of 43 destinations, including four new cities in the United States.

The newly added US cities—Houston, Atlanta, Miami, and Los Angeles—will be accessible via Istanbul, strengthening IndiGo’s international connectivity. This marks a significant milestone for the Gurgaon-headquartered airline as it continues to enhance its global reach.

In a press release, IndiGo stated, “Through this expanded codeshare partnership with Turkish Airlines, we aim to provide seamless connectivity for our passengers traveling to the United States. These additional destinations will bolster our international network and deliver greater convenience to travelers.”

IndiGo passengers already enjoy access to key US cities such as New York, Washington D.C., Boston, Chicago, and San Francisco via Turkish Airlines through their existing arrangement. Codeshare agreements allow airlines to book passengers on partner carriers, ensuring smooth travel to various international destinations with shared flight itineraries.

IndiGo currently has codeshare agreements with nine airlines, enabling a robust global network. Beyond Turkish Airlines, the airline’s partnership with American Airlines also connects passengers to Seattle and New York.
