Minor Hotels has introduced Horizons Club by Minor DISCOVERY, a new annual subscription service designed to provide loyal travelers with enhanced benefits, exclusive privileges and premium experiences across its hotel portfolio.

The launch represents the latest evolution of the company’s loyalty strategy, allowing members to access higher-tier benefits immediately through a paid subscription model rather than earning status through traditional stay requirements.

A New Premium Layer for Loyalty Members

Integrated into the Minor DISCOVERY loyalty program, Horizons Club offers travelers access to exclusive perks both during their hotel stays and throughout their broader travel experience.

Members can choose between two subscription tiers: Open and Broad.

Both options are available across Minor Hotels properties in Europe and the Americas and include a similar core package of benefits. However, the higher-tier Broad membership extends access to the group’s luxury brands, including Anantara and Tivoli, while Open members can enjoy benefits at brands such as NH Collection, nhow, Avani, NH Hotels, Oaks, iStay by NH and Colbert Collection properties.

Exclusive Benefits and Travel Perks

Subscribers receive a range of advantages, including exclusive discounts on accommodation and dining, early access to promotions, private sales events and special offers.

Additional benefits include flexible cancellation policies, complimentary late checkout, enhanced DISCOVERY Dollars earning opportunities, curated experiences and immediate Gold status within the Minor DISCOVERY program.

The membership also extends beyond hotel stays through partnerships with selected travel and mobility providers.

Partnerships Beyond Hospitality

Horizons Club members can access special offers and benefits through a growing network of travel partners.

Current partners include airline, rail, mobility and connectivity providers such as Air Europa, Sixt, Iryo, Holafly, Ubigi and Parques Reunidos, extending benefits beyond hotel stays.

The additional perks are designed to support travelers throughout the entire journey, from transportation and connectivity to leisure activities and destination experiences.

Building on Minor DISCOVERY’s Growth

The launch follows the first anniversary of Minor DISCOVERY, which was introduced to unite the various loyalty programs across Minor Hotels’ global portfolio into a single platform.

Today, the program has more than 35 million members and offers access to benefits across approximately 950 hotels and 50 brands in more than 100 countries.

Members can earn and redeem DISCOVERY Dollars throughout the network, with the program maintaining a straightforward redemption structure where one DISCOVERY Dollar equals one US dollar in value.

A Shift Toward Subscription-Based Loyalty

According to Minor Hotels, Horizons Club reflects the growing demand for more flexible and personalized loyalty models that reward travelers immediately rather than requiring years of spending to unlock premium benefits.
