The first Dorchester Collection hotel in the Middle East – The Lana – will be available for booking from February 1, 2024. Located in the heart of the Business Bay district, along the Dubai Creek, The Lana is designed to offer guests a panoramic view of the city.
Another new hotel that opens this winter is the SIRO Hotel.
Guests can choose from 99 rooms, 73 junior suites, and 53 suites, each with an open terrace and panoramic windows. Interiors feature elegant beige-olive tones with modern details.
The Lana – Dorchester Collection hotel has announced collaborations with renowned chefs. The first Basque cuisine restaurant in the Middle East, Jara by Martín Berasategui, will be led by the 12-Michelin-starred chef Martín Berasategui. The Mediterranean cuisine restaurant Riviera by Jean Imbert and the rooftop poolside restaurant with a view of Dubai’s skyline – High Society – will be led by Jean Imbert. Angelo Musa will oversee the pastry shop Bonbon Café Angelo Musa.
Other restaurants in The Lana – Dorchester Collection will be managed by the hotel’s executive chef Oliver Jackson. These include The Gallery and Veranda, the Txakolina bar, and Bitter Honey in the hotel lobby.
It’s worth mentioning that in January, the One&Only One Za’abeel hotel opened in Dubai, which, in collaboration with Kerzner International, is referred to as the city’s first “vertical” resort. Situated in the heart of the city, the hotel serves as a portal, transporting guests to the atmosphere of beach resorts associated with the brand.
Travelers can enjoy spacious rooms, suites, and the exclusive Villa One penthouse, as well as the Longevity Hub wellness and spa center by Clinique La Prairie.
The Link space in the hotel introduces guests to the culinary concepts of globally acclaimed chefs. Additionally, guests have access to the beach club Tapasake, featuring the country’s longest panoramic pool.
