Trump Hotel Tower is officially set to open in Dubai in 2031, marking a major expansion in the luxury travel landscape of the Middle East. The 80-story skyscraper will rise on Sheikh Zayed Road and feature sweeping views of the Burj Khalifa, downtown Dubai, and the Persian Gulf.
Developed by Dar Global in partnership with the Trump Organization, the project will be the fifth collaboration between the two companies. This will also be the only Trump-branded tower in the Middle East and North Africa region. The tower is expected to stand around 350 meters tall—taller than Australia’s Q1 tower on the Gold Coast, which reaches 322.5 meters.
Visitors to the future hotel can expect a high-end experience with luxury rooms and suites, private lounges, and top-tier services and amenities. The project also includes what is set to be the world’s highest open-air swimming pool, offering 360-degree views of the city, as well as an exclusive members-only space called The Trump Club.
Construction is scheduled to begin later this year and is planned to coincide with a high-profile visit by former U.S. President Donald Trump to the UAE and Saudi Arabia in May. The event is expected to attract international attention and potentially boost investor interest in the project.
The Trump Organization has long expressed interest in entering the Dubai market. Back in 2005, it announced plans for The Palm Trump International Hotel & Tower on the Palm Jumeirah. However, that project was never completed. The upcoming Trump Hotel Tower will finally bring the brand to the heart of Dubai’s skyline.
This isn’t the Trump brand’s only major move in the region. Another highly anticipated property, Trump International Oman, is under construction just ten minutes from central Muscat and is scheduled to open in 2028. That hotel is projected to cost $500 million and will include 140 rooms, an 18-hole golf course, a private club, and a dramatic cliffside nightclub called Cliff Hanging.
Dar Global currently has developments underway worth $5.9 billion across six countries, including the UAE, Oman, Qatar, the United Kingdom, Spain, and Bosnia. Among these projects are additional Trump-branded villas and golf resorts planned for Qatar.
