Nestled within 5.54 million square meters of land, this luxury destination blends equestrian tradition with high-end residential design just minutes from the upcoming expansion of Al Maktoum International Airport.

The project will feature 22 exclusive villa communities with more than 6,600 residences, offering future homeowners a seamless blend of modern living and equestrian lifestyle. At the heart of this vast development lies The Green Core, a lush expanse that includes three polo fields, private stables, a riding school, and a statement clubhouse.
