A polo-inspired villa community is taking shape in Dubai as Emaar, one of the world’s leading real estate developers, reveals its newest masterplan: Grand Polo Club & Resort. Nestled within 5.54 million square meters of land, this luxury destination blends equestrian tradition with high-end residential design just minutes from the upcoming expansion of Al Maktoum International Airport.
The project will feature 22 exclusive villa communities with more than 6,600 residences, offering future homeowners a seamless blend of modern living and equestrian lifestyle. At the heart of this vast development lies The Green Core, a lush expanse that includes three polo fields, private stables, a riding school, and a statement clubhouse.
Surrounded by other landmark Emaar communities like The Oasis, The Heights Country Club & Wellness, and within easy reach of Dubai Marina and Downtown, Grand Polo Club & Resort is designed to be a standout among elite neighborhoods.
The landscape design plays a starring role in this community, with 1.59 million square meters of open space carefully planned to offer a multi-sensory equestrian experience. The masterplan includes pedestrian and cycling paths, countryside meadows, and outer pastures. The equestrian facilities alone span 340,000 square meters.
One of the main attractions will be the Clubhouse, a single-storey building that reflects both local and international design influences. Crafted for luxury, it features rooftop infinity pools and upscale food and beverage options. The exterior includes unique clay breeze blocks, designed in the shape of horseshoes, which add both character and cultural flair.
Adjacent to the Clubhouse, the Stables are a standout architectural feature. Designed with flowing, circular geometry, they surround a serene courtyard with a large water feature and can house up to 180 horses. Inside, a members-only lounge offers a plush space for equestrian enthusiasts to relax and connect.
The villas themselves range from three to five bedrooms and are crafted to maximize light, openness, and scenic views. Some homes overlook the polo fields and stables, offering a front-row seat to the action. Others are situated near green spaces, parks, and community amenities like meadows, riding trails, and the central clubhouse.
