“Dolina Azasa” LLC, established by “TourismRF Corporation” JSC and “Rusbuild” LLC for the development of tourist infrastructure in the new sector of Sheregesh, has inked an agreement of intent with the Thai company Dusit International for the management of two upcoming hotels in the first phase of the “Novy Sheregesh” tourism center. As part of the first phase, three and four-star hotels with a total of 454 rooms will be constructed.
Dusit Thani Public Company Limited, trading under the Dusit International brand, is a Thai multinational hotel company headquartered in Bangkok. Founded in 1948, it manages more than 300 hotels and resorts worldwide.
The project for the year-round hotel and ski complex, “Novy Sheregesh,” was launched in Kuzbass in 2022 and is set to be fully completed by 2026.
