Air Cairo Commences Flights to Moscow

Air Cairo, the hybrid airline that combines elements of both low-cost and traditional carriers, has begun operating flights to Moscow from the Egyptian resort city of Sharm El-Sheikh. According to the airport’s press service, starting from November 15, flights from Hurghada will also be introduced.

Regular flights are scheduled three times a week on Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, using Boeing 777-300 aircraft. An additional flight on Thursdays will be added starting from November 16. Furthermore, as of November 15, Air Cairo will initiate flights to Hurghada on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays.

The press service of Sheremetyevo Airport explains that Air Cairo operates as a versatile airline, blending the characteristics of both a low-cost and traditional business model. Weekly, they conduct over 200 flights across more than 50 destinations within Egypt, Western Europe, and the Middle East. Air Cairo’s fleet consists of 31 aircraft.
