A new five-star hotel called Maidens is preparing to open in central Moscow’s Zubovskaya Square, marking an exciting addition to the city’s luxury hospitality scene. Managed by LLC RPA – Hotel Management, the property was originally planned as a Sofitel hotel by a French hotel group but will now debut under the Maidens brand.
The hotel occupies a 10,800-square-meter historical building, originally built in 1939 as a telephone exchange station by architect K.I. Solomonov. After extensive renovations from 2016 to 2021, the Maidens Hotel will feature 118 rooms of varying comfort levels, along with a fitness center, event space, bar, and restaurant. The property also includes two underground levels for technical facilities and parking, and it is set to open by the end of 2024.
Currently, LLC RPA – Hotel Management is hiring staff for the new five-star Maidens hotel, which is being marketed as a “hotel celebrating art, creativity, freedom of thought, and self-expression.” With a unique and vibrant interior design, the hotel’s spaces will be filled with custom-made, exclusive decor, creating an immersive and refined experience for guests.
