As part of its 150th anniversary celebrations, Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok has unveiled a new partnership with Sporty & Rich, introducing a limited-edition capsule collection that merges wellness, fashion and heritage.
Founded as a moodboard of aspirational living, Sporty & Rich has grown into a globally recognised lifestyle label, known for its refined approach to leisure and activewear. The brand’s health-conscious, minimalist aesthetic aligns naturally with Mandarin Oriental’s long-standing reputation for elegance, precision and thoughtful luxury.
Created to commemorate one of Asia’s most storied hotels, the Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok 150th anniversary capsule collection includes co-branded crew necks, T-shirts, pyjama sets, tote bags and caps. Each piece is finished in the hotel’s signature celadon colour, introduced as a new shade for Sporty & Rich and chosen to reflect both the spirit of the destination and the rich Thai history of the property.
The collaboration marks the first time Sporty & Rich has partnered with a hotel brand in Asia, underscoring the significance of the milestone. Both brands share a commitment to high quality, forward-thinking design and responsible consumption, values that are increasingly central to modern luxury.
Alex Schellenberger, Alex Schellenberger, Chief Brand & Marketing Officer of Mandarin Oriental, said the partnership offers a fresh way to connect with guests. He noted that the co-branded collection brings contemporary leisurewear and activewear trends directly into the hotel and spa experience, while remaining rooted in the brand’s heritage.
The Mandarin Oriental x Sporty & Rich collection will be available at Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok, selected Central Group malls in Bangkok, and at Mandarin Oriental, New York from March 2026. Worldwide shipping will also be offered, extending the anniversary celebration to a global audience.
Blending wellness, understated style and a sense of place, the capsule reflects how heritage hospitality brands are increasingly turning to fashion collaborations to tell their stories in new, contemporary ways, without losing sight of their legacy.
