A new luxury resort is set to rise on the shores of Dubai Harbour — the Dubai Beach Edition, which will become the first beachfront Edition hotel in the UAE and the third property by the brand in the Emirates, following Abu Dhabi Edition and The Dubai Edition in Downtown Dubai. The opening is scheduled for 2029.

The project is being developed by Marriott International in partnership with Shamal Holding.

The upcoming property will feature 185 guest rooms and suites, along with 165 Edition-branded residences designed in the brand’s signature minimalist style. Guests can expect panoramic sea views, direct beach access, several dining venues, and a curated selection of retail and leisure spaces.

The residences will include spacious two-, three-, and four-bedroom apartments, each offering access to premium Edition services and amenities.

Dubai Beach Edition adds to the wave of major hospitality developments transforming Dubai’s skyline. Other upcoming highlights include Ciel Dubai Marina, set to become the world’s tallest hotel, as well as a second Mandarin Oriental property in the city center. In the coming years, new hotels by Corinthia, Dorchester Collection, Aman, and Rosewood are also expected to open across the emirate.
