Beijing Capital Airlines intends to launch a Qingdao-Vladivostok flight, but there is no confirmed start date for flights yet.
According to Aeroroutes, the first flight is scheduled for April 17.
Regular air service between Vladivostok and Chinese cities was terminated in early 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Since January 8, as part of a move away from the “zero tolerance” policy for the coronavirus, China has completely abolished quarantine and PCR testing for visitors from abroad. On February 6, China resumed organizing outbound group tours and providing “air tickets + hotel” services for Chinese citizens in a test mode.
In the first stage, group tours can be sold in 20 countries. Since March 15, 40 more countries have been added, including France, Spain, Greece, Italy, Armenia, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan. On March 14, the Chinese Consular Department announced the resumption of the issuance of all types of visas, including tourist visas, on March 15.
