From the 23rd of January, Nordwind launches direct charter flights to the Kyrgyz Republic. Flights «Krasnoyarsk – Osh – Krasnoyarsk» will be available once a week on Saturday.
Departure from Krasnoyarsk is at 09:40 AM (local time). Arrival is at 12:10 AM (local time). The return flight departs from Osh at 13:10 PM (local time). Arrival is at 17:30 PM (local time). Flight time is 3 hours 20 minutes.

In order to gradually resume entry of foreign citizens and persons without citizenship to the Kyrgyz Republic as well as to ensure appropriate reception of international monitors during the election of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, the election of deputies to the Supreme Soviet of the Kyrgyz Republic and Referendum of the Kyrgyz Republic, foreign citizens and persons without citizenship are allowed to enter the Kyrgyz Republic through entry points located at the international airports of Bishkek and Osh from 04.12.2020 in accordance with the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Foreign citizens and persons without citizenship arriving to the Kyrgyz Republic must have a medical certificate confirming negative RT-PCR test for COVID-19 issued no more than 72 hours prior to the arrival.
Exceptions: accredited and appointed employees of international organization and their representative offices along with their family members, members of official organisations, international election monitors, aircraft crew members, preschool children accompanied by their parents (official representatives). If the validity term of a PCR test is expired due to reasonable causes regarding long flight time or delay, foreign citizens and persons without citizenship must undergo the testing upon arrival to the Kyrgyz Republic.
Citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic are not required to undergo a PCR test for COVID-19. Upon arrival to the country, Kyrgyz citizens must self-isolate at the place of stay within 14 days.
