Accor announces the signing of a cooperation agreement with SK Development to open the first Swissôtel in Kyrgyzstan, which will be located on the shore of Issyk-Kul, one of the largest lakes in Central Asia. Combining Swiss hospitality, excellent service and stylish modern design, the 5-star hotel will offer its guests exceptional recreational and wellness services on the shores of the magnificent Issyk-Kul Lake.
“With the signing of the new Swissôtel, we are strengthening Accor’s leading position in the region and making a significant contribution to the tourism industry of Kyrgyzstan. The new Swissôtel will be built on the northern shore of Issyk-Kul Lake near the Kosh-Kol village and located on the territory of Kyrgyzstan’s first international golf resort with an 18-hole course, a Golf Academy and extensive infrastructure. The year-round resort with a total area of 105 hectares will offer high-quality recreation facilities and a unique design winding through hilly terrain and elevation changes, aimed to surprise even the most sophisticated golfers.

The exclusive hotel will offer 110 rooms and apartments of various categories, elegantly designed according to the Swissôtel brand standards. Its infrastructure will include spa facilities with a pool and a modern fitness center, as well as a gourmet restaurant and a congress hall for corporate and private events. The hotel’s location on the lake’s shore provides quick and easy access to the complex’s equipped sandy beach for spending a nice leisure time.
