This is the first Hyatt-branded hotel in the state of South Dakota, expanding the Hyatt Place brand’s footprint globally in markets that matter most to guests and World of Hyatt members. The hotel is a joint venture led by Kelly Midwest Ventures, LP, and operated by Kelly Inns, Ltd.
