Hyatt Hotels Corporation announced today the opening of the 1,600-room Grand Hyatt Jeju in South Korea, the largest Hyatt hotel in Asia Pacific. This highly anticipated opening also marks the return of a Hyatt hotel into Jeju Special Autonomous Province, an island on the southern end of the Korean Peninsula renowned for its rich history and cultural traditions.
