IHG Hotels & Resorts has opened a new dual-branded property featuring EVEN Hotel Orlando Universal Blvd and Staybridge Suites Orlando Universal Blvd, combining two complementary hospitality concepts in one of Orlando’s fastest-growing tourism and convention districts.
Developed in partnership with Daiwa House Group, the property strengthens IHG’s presence in Central Florida while offering travelers easy access to Universal Orlando Resort, including the new Epic Universe theme park, as well as the Orange County Convention Center.
The development features a total of 288 guestrooms, including 120 rooms under the EVEN Hotels brand and 168 suites operated by Staybridge Suites. Designed to serve both short-term and extended-stay travelers, the property combines wellness-focused accommodation with residential-style comforts.
Shared Amenities for Every Traveler
Guests staying at either hotel have access to a wide range of shared facilities, including a 1,500-square-foot Athletic Studio, a resort-style outdoor swimming pool, a 24-hour marketplace, a games room, guest laundry facilities, long-stay storage units, and landscaped outdoor spaces featuring barbecue grills and pet walking areas.

The 120 guestrooms at EVEN Hotel have been designed to promote relaxation and wellbeing, featuring premium bedding, cooling linens, spa-inspired bathrooms, and calming interiors. Dining is centered around EVEN Kitchen & Bar, serving breakfast, all-day dining, evening cocktails, and healthy menu options, complemented by wellness-focused touches such as evening tea service.
Extended-Stay Comfort at Staybridge Suites
Staybridge Suites offers 168 studio and one-bedroom suites equipped with full kitchens, separate living areas, and flexible room layouts suitable for families, business travelers, and longer stays. Guests receive a complimentary daily breakfast and are invited to attend the Staybridge Suites Social on selected evenings, featuring light refreshments, beer, and wine. Outdoor fire pits and grilling areas provide additional communal gathering spaces.
Staybridge Suites guests can also access the dining options available at EVEN Kitchen & Bar, providing additional flexibility throughout their stay.
