Air France to Launch Nonstop Orlando-Paris Flights in 2024

Air France is set to launch a new nonstop route between Orlando International Airport and Paris Charles de Gaulle, starting May 21, 2024. The service, which will operate four times a week, marks the return of regular flights between Orlando and Paris, filling a void left by Norwegian’s pre-pandemic operations. The addition of Orlando marks Air France’s 18th U.S. destination.

In an announcement at the Air Passenger Experience Association and Future Travel Experience conference, Air France’s Vice President of Commercial, Boaz Hulsman, expressed confidence in the route’s success, citing Orlando’s growth and increased demand from both U.S. and European travelers.

“Orlando has transformed,” Hulsman explained. “With a notable influx of residents and tourists, we anticipate much stronger demand out of Orlando than in the past.”

The Orlando-Paris route is expected to attract a balanced mix of travelers, with demand projected to split evenly between passengers from the U.S. and France. While Orlando’s appeal as the theme park capital remains a draw, Hulsman noted the popularity of Paris as a destination for U.S. travelers.

Air France will operate the route with its state-of-the-art Airbus A350-900, offering travelers the choice of business, premium economy, and economy cabins. With this launch, Orlando will become the largest previously unserved U.S. market from Paris, expanding Air France’s reach across the United States.
