Nickelodeon fans have something exciting to look forward to in 2026: the opening of Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Orlando. This new destination will be part of Everest Place, a sprawling $1 billion, 220-acre residential and commercial complex currently under development in Kissimmee.
The ambitious project is a collaboration between Everest Place, Paramount (Nickelodeon’s parent company), and Lion Star Hospitality, the exclusive U.S. licensee for Karisma Hotels & Resorts. This partnership aims to bring a vibrant and immersive Nickelodeon experience to the Orlando area.
The resort will feature 400 hotel rooms and condo units, each designed with playful, Nickelodeon-themed decor. Guests will have the unique opportunity to interact with beloved characters from popular Nickelodeon franchises such as SpongeBob SquarePants, Paw Patrol, Dora the Explorer, and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
Dining at the resort will be an adventure in itself. Highlights include Le Spatula, a SpongeBob SquarePants-inspired restaurant, and Mikey’s Pizzeria, celebrating the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles’ love for pizza. Additionally, the ’90s-themed Snick Lounge will offer a nostalgic trip back in time with games, sports, and live music.
The resort promises a variety of attractions for all ages. Key features include the Aqua Nick water park, providing endless aquatic fun, the Club Nick kids club, offering engaging activities for younger guests, and several Nick-themed retail shops where visitors can purchase exclusive merchandise.
This new resort in Orlando will join the ranks of other Nickelodeon resorts in Punta Cana and Mexico’s Riviera Maya, both operated by Karisma. It marks Nickelodeon’s return to the Orlando area; a previous Nickelodeon-themed hotel opened in 2005 but rebranded in 2016, dropping its Nickelodeon theme.
