Four Seasons Resort Cabo Del Sol has unveiled a new collection of luxury Villa & Residence Rentals in Los Cabos, expanding the brand’s high-end private accommodation offering along Mexico’s Baja Peninsula.

Located within the exclusive Cabo Del Sol community on the region’s coveted Golden Corridor, the new collection introduces 61 residences and villas ranging from two to seven bedrooms, all designed with panoramic ocean views, expansive indoor-outdoor living spaces and private pools.

The new accommodations are positioned as elevated coastal retreats for travelers seeking privacy, personalized service and residential-style luxury in Los Cabos.

Private estates and rooftop villas

The new collection includes a wide range of luxury accommodations, from beachfront residences to large multi-bedroom estates designed for families, group travel and celebratory stays.

Among the flagship offerings is the Ocean-View Seven-Bedroom Estate, spanning more than 9,000 square feet and featuring expansive terraces, an infinity-edge pool, plunge pool and sweeping Sea of Cortez views.

The resort also introduced several rooftop villas with private rooftop pools and panoramic outdoor lounges, including three-, four- and five-bedroom configurations designed for seamless indoor-outdoor living.

Other standout accommodations include the Oceanfront Three-Bedroom Presidential Villa, composed of three freestanding pavilions with private plunge pools, spa-style bathrooms and an oceanfront infinity pool.

All residences include gourmet kitchens, large dining and entertainment areas, spa-inspired bathrooms and floor-to-ceiling windows designed to maximize views of the Baja coastline.

Dedicated villa hosts and bespoke experiences

Each stay includes the services of a dedicated Villa Host responsible for coordinating personalized experiences, dining reservations, excursions and in-villa services.

Guests can arrange private dinners prepared by Executive Chef Miguel Baltazar and the Four Seasons culinary team, as well as tequila tastings, mixology sessions, barbecue evenings, movie nights and in-villa spa treatments.

The resort is also positioning the residences as gateways to immersive Baja experiences, including whale-watching excursions in Magdalena Bay and day trips to Todos Santos.

Access to resort amenities

Guests staying in the villas and residences will have full access to Four Seasons Resort Cabo Del Sol amenities, including three swimming pools, eight restaurants and bars, the Tierra Mar Spa, a Harley Pasternak-designed fitness center and the Kids For All Seasons program.

Dining venues include Palmerio, inspired by the French and Italian Rivieras, Cayao by chef Richard Sandoval and Sora, the resort’s rooftop bar.
