Four Seasons Debuts Luxury Wellness Retreat At AMAALA’s Triple Bay

Four Seasons has officially opened its newest luxury resort on Saudi Arabia’s Red Sea coast, unveiling the highly anticipated Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay.

Located along a secluded bay with views of the Red Sea and the mountains of the Tabuk region, the resort becomes one of the flagship properties within the wider AMAALA development, a destination designed around wellness, sustainability and ultra-luxury travel.

The opening marks another major milestone in Saudi Arabia’s ambitious tourism transformation, as the Kingdom continues to develop a collection of high-end resorts along its western coastline.

A luxury resort built around wellbeing

Unlike traditional beach resorts, Four Seasons AMAALA has been designed with wellness at the centre of the guest experience. The property combines luxury accommodation with personalised wellbeing programmes focused on fitness, mindfulness, nutrition and restoration.

The resort features 202 guest rooms, suites and garden villas, all offering views of the Red Sea. Guests can access the 2,095-square-metre HYLIAA Wellness & Spa, a 511-square-metre fitness centre, five swimming pools and a swimmable private beach stretching approximately 900 metres.

Visitors can choose from tailored wellness journeys lasting one, two or three days, with programmes designed to help guests rebuild physical strength, reset mentally or reconnect with nature.

Activities include sunrise yoga sessions, sound healing experiences, guided hiking excursions, culinary workshops, stargazing programmes and cultural experiences such as Islamic poetry readings.

Six dining venues and Red Sea views

The resort’s culinary offering combines wellness-focused menus with more indulgent dining experiences across six open-air restaurants and lounges.

Among the highlights is MAA Social, serving Middle Eastern coastal cuisine with an emphasis on nutrient-rich dishes. ALMAA Pool & Bar offers Mediterranean-inspired dining, while OAASIS Lounge provides a relaxed setting overlooking the resort.

Additional concepts scheduled to open later this year include ZAATAR, showcasing Asian, Persian and Arabian flavours, the SAFAA Beach Bar and Lounge, and ROCK BAAR, a dramatic sunset venue positioned on a rocky promontory extending into Dumega Bay.

Family travel and destination weddings

Four Seasons has also developed the property with families in mind. The resort includes the Kids For All Seasons programme, a dedicated teen club and multiple recreational facilities designed for younger travellers.

For celebrations and events, the resort offers more than 1,000 square metres of flexible meeting and event space, positioning itself as a destination for luxury weddings, private gatherings and corporate retreats.

Part of Saudi Arabia’s growing Red Sea tourism vision

The opening forms part of the wider AMAALA project being developed by Red Sea Global, one of Saudi Arabia’s flagship tourism developments under Vision 2030.

Guests staying at Four Seasons AMAALA can also explore Triple Bay’s broader attractions, including the Corallium Marine Life Institute, a major research and conservation facility designed by Foster + Partners, as well as a yacht club, marina village, restaurants and retail offerings.

The resort’s sustainability strategy includes environmental conservation initiatives and community-focused programmes through the Four Seasons for Good platform, allowing guests to participate in local volunteer projects.

Growing Four Seasons presence on the Red Sea

Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA becomes the brand’s second operating property on Saudi Arabia’s Red Sea coast following the opening of Four Seasons Resort Red Sea at Shura Island.

The company is also planning additional projects in Saudi Arabia, including Four Seasons properties in NEOM at Sindalah Island and the coastal city of Jeddah.

Alongside the resort, the development includes 26 branded private residences ranging from approximately 552 square metres to more than 1,000 square metres, each featuring private pools and panoramic Red Sea views.

As Saudi Arabia continues to invest heavily in luxury tourism infrastructure, the opening of Four Seasons AMAALA highlights the Kingdom’s ambitions to attract high-end international travellers seeking wellness, sustainability and exclusive Red Sea experiences.
