Bali-based luxury yacht marketing and sales agency YMA Yachting has announced its first international expansion, marking a significant step beyond Indonesia with the addition of a Mediterranean charter vessel to its portfolio.
The company will now represent Cosmos, a 25-metre traditional motor sailer based at Alimos Marina in Athens, Greece. The partnership marks the agency’s first yacht outside Indonesia and signals its entry into the European luxury charter market.
Originally built in 1979 at the Mavrikos Brothers shipyard on the Greek island of Syros, Cosmos is a classic wooden vessel inspired by the traditional Greek karavoskaro – historic boats once used for deep-sea trading across the Aegean. The yacht underwent an extensive restoration in 2019 that preserved its heritage while integrating modern comforts.
Today the vessel blends craftsmanship and contemporary design. Warm wooden interiors, open deck spaces and elegant furnishings create an atmosphere designed for slow sailing and relaxed coastal exploration.
Cosmos accommodates up to eight guests across four cabins, offering an intimate charter experience supported by a professional crew of four. Guests are invited to embrace the rhythm of life at sea with outdoor dining on the sun deck and a range of water activities.
The yacht carries an extensive collection of water toys, including an e-foil board, paddleboards, kayak, sea scooters, Seabob, and snorkeling and fishing equipment. These additions allow guests to explore secluded bays, swim in clear Mediterranean waters, or simply enjoy leisurely afternoons on the water.
Based at Alimos Marina, approximately 45 minutes from Athens International Airport, Cosmos offers customizable itineraries across some of Greece’s most sought-after sailing regions. Charters explore the Saronic Gulf, the Cyclades, and the Athens Riviera, allowing guests to discover island villages, historic ports, and hidden coves.
YMA Yachting will oversee the vessel’s marketing and sales strategy, including brand positioning, communications, and international media relations. The agency aims to ensure consistent storytelling and commercial visibility across Cosmos’ key charter markets.

With the addition of Cosmos, the agency now bridges two of the world’s most iconic sailing regions – Southeast Asia and the Mediterranean. Cosmos is available exclusively for private charter with rates starting from €15,750 per night during the low season, plus 12% VAT and a 35% APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance).
