NH Collection Hotels & Resorts has opened its first property in Paris, introducing NH Collection Paris Ponthieu Champs-Élysées in the heart of the city’s prestigious 8th arrondissement. Set between the Arc de Triomphe, the Grand Palais, Place de la Concorde and the Élysée Palace, the new hotel marks a significant expansion for the brand in one of the world’s most recognisable luxury districts.
The location places guests steps from the flagship boutiques on Avenue Montaigne and Avenue George V, as well as leading art galleries and cultural landmarks. The brand positions the property as an urban retreat for travellers seeking a refined, fashion-infused experience tied closely to the French capital’s cultural and artistic heritage.
Behind its preserved early-20th-century Haussmannian façade, the hotel blends historical architecture with newly redesigned interiors. The renovation, completed this year, introduces a palette of rich materials, curated photography, and contemporary design features aimed at creating a modern interpretation of Parisian elegance.
Rooms and suites follow the same aesthetic direction, combining classic architectural details with updated comfort and styling. Many feature black-and-white fashion photography celebrating the icons of the 1950s and 1960s, a homage to the era when Paris shaped global fashion. Accommodation categories include Deluxe, Premium and Junior Suites, offering a range of layouts tailored to different guest preferences.
The hotel’s restaurant, L’Angle des Champs, presents a menu that merges Parisian culinary tradition with the flavours of Spanish tapas. The neo-bistro aims to offer a relaxed yet refined dining experience, with dishes that reinterpret French classics alongside Spanish favourites prepared using high-quality ingredients.
Guests can also access curated cultural experiences, such as private tours aboard a vintage Citroën DS—once the official car of the French Presidency—or culinary workshops focused on macarons and traditional French pastries. These activities are designed to offer deeper engagement with local craftsmanship and gastronomy.
NH Collection says its new Paris property is intended to serve travellers looking for both style and function, whether they are attending cultural events, shopping along the city’s luxury avenues, or exploring the surrounding historic boulevards. With this debut, the brand strengthens its presence in Europe’s major capitals while offering guests a stay rooted in the charm and sophistication of Paris.
