Elie Younes, Executive Vice President and Global Chief Development Officer at Radisson Hotel Group, said: “The year so far has seen Radisson Hotel Group succeeding in our pursuit of excellence for customers and owners. Hotel openings have been carefully curated to what business and leisure travellers are seeking in 2025, and we have a very strong pipeline of hotel signings and anticipated openings.”

Expanding Footprint Across EMEA

In EMEA, Radisson Blu continues to lead the upper-upscale market with key openings in France, Germany, Türkiye, and Montenegro. Among the highlights is The Medlock at Manchester City’s Etihad Stadium, redefining the concept of stadium hotels, and the upcoming Radisson Blu CDG Airport Terminal Hotel in Paris, opening later this year.

France remains a cornerstone market for Radisson’s luxury and lifestyle growth, led by Radisson Collection. The opening of Cour des Loges Lyon, A Radisson Collection Hotel, and the signing of the historic Banke Opera Paris, A Radisson Collection Hotel (debuting in 2026), mark major milestones. The brand also made its debut in Hungary with Radisson Collection Hotel, Basilica Budapest, and celebrated the grand reopening of Radisson Collection Hotel, Berlin—solidifying its reputation as a symbol of heritage and design-led hospitality.

Radisson RED continues its bold global rise, launching new hotels in the UK, Romania, India, UAE, and Thailand. This includes the opening of Radisson RED Oslo City Centre, a Verified Net Zero Hotel, demonstrating the Group’s sustainability leadership. In London, the brand will debut near Liverpool Street Station through a partnership with PPHE Hotel Group, while art’otel Rome Piazza Sallustio has brought a striking, design-forward addition to the Italian capital.

Radisson Individuals has rapidly expanded since its 2020 launch, surpassing 100 hotels in operation or development. The brand’s flexible model continues to attract owners, with recent growth across France, Portugal, Germany, Malta, and Kazakhstan, and new signings in the UK, Poland, Spain, Greece, Türkiye, India, and the Philippines. The introduction of its three new segments—Premier, Boutique, and Retreats—further enhances brand differentiation and owner choice.

The Radisson brand continues to evolve, achieving milestones such as the opening of Radisson Hotel Manchester City Centre, the Group’s first Verified Net Zero property. New market entries in the Democratic Republic of Congo, Armenia, and Saudi Arabia underscore its global expansion. In the UK, Radisson will anchor an all-electric stadium development for Oxford United Football Club—an industry first for sustainable hospitality. Across APAC, the brand added 13 new properties in India, Indonesia, Thailand, and Vietnam.

Rapid Resort Growth

Radisson Hotel Group’s resort portfolio has now grown to more than 160 properties across Asia, Europe, and Africa.
