Radisson Hotel Group is set to make its Western Australia debut with the signing of Radisson Perth, a new hotel located within the Sydney Charles Quarter development.
The property is scheduled to open later this year and will mark the Radisson brand’s first presence in the state as the group continues expanding across Australia.
Radisson Perth To Form Part Of Mixed-Use Precinct
Developed by APPL Group and managed by Mandala Hotels & Resorts, Radisson Perth will be part of Sydney Charles Quarter, a mixed-use development combining residential, commercial and lifestyle facilities.
The hotel will include 120 rooms and studios, alongside a rooftop bar and restaurant, meeting spaces and a swimming pool.
Its location is designed to provide access to Perth’s office districts, healthcare services, educational institutions, retail areas and dining venues.
Hotel To Target Business And Leisure Guests
Radisson Perth is expected to serve both corporate and leisure travellers throughout the year.
The property is located near major transport links and Perth Airport, giving guests convenient access to central Perth and surrounding commercial areas.
Radisson Hotel Group said the signing reflects its strategy of partnering with high-quality urban developments in key Australian markets.
Radisson Expands Across Australasia
Danilo Curcuruto, Development Director for Australasia at Radisson Hotel Group, said the company was pleased to bring the Radisson brand to the Perth market.
“We are particularly pleased to mark our entry into Western Australia with such a prominent project,” Curcuruto said.
He added that APPL Group’s vision for the precinct had played an important role in bringing the project forward.
Group Continues Regional Growth Strategy
The Perth signing forms part of Radisson Hotel Group’s broader expansion strategy across Australasia.
The company said it is continuing to select locations that meet the needs of owners, guests and investors while strengthening its presence in major regional markets.
Earlier in 2026, Radisson Hotel Group also signed an agreement to launch its first internationally branded resort in Kalimpong, West Bengal, India.
