Radisson Hotel Group has expanded its presence on the French Riviera with the opening of Radisson Hotel Cannes Seaside, a contemporary 100-room property overlooking the Mediterranean. Located on Avenue du Docteur Raymond Picaud, the hotel offers convenient access to Cannes’ beaches, cultural attractions and major international events.
The new hotel is situated just minutes from La Croisette, the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès and the historic Le Suquet district, making it suitable for both leisure travellers and business guests attending conferences and exhibitions in the city.
Strengthening Radisson’s Presence in France
“France remains one of Radisson Hotel Group’s most important strategic markets, and Cannes is one of Europe’s most recognised leisure and events destinations. The opening of Radisson Hotel Cannes Seaside further strengthens our presence on the French Riviera while offering guests a contemporary hotel in an exceptional seaside setting,” said Yilmaz Yildirimlar, COO Managed Hotels, Europe, Radisson Hotel Group.
The opening continues the group’s expansion strategy in France, one of its key European markets.
Mediterranean-Inspired Accommodation
The hotel features 100 guestrooms across four categories: Standard, Superior and Premium Rooms, as well as Junior Suites. Many rooms include private balconies with views of the Mediterranean Sea or the hotel’s landscaped gardens.
The property’s design draws inspiration from the Riviera lifestyle, combining bright interiors, coastal colours and contemporary furnishings with spacious communal areas.
Restaurant, Meetings and Leisure Facilities
Guests can dine at La Palma Restaurant & Bar, which serves Mediterranean cuisine throughout the day. The venue offers breakfast buffets, seasonal dishes prepared with regional ingredients and cocktails on a sea-view terrace.
For business travellers and event organisers, the hotel includes two naturally lit meeting rooms accommodating up to 150 guests. The flexible event spaces are equipped with modern audiovisual technology and supported by catering services.
Outdoor facilities include landscaped terraces and a seasonal swimming pool with sunbeds, providing additional venues for receptions, private celebrations and social gatherings.
Exploring Cannes
From the hotel, guests have easy access to Cannes’ best-known attractions, including the Boulevard de la Croisette, luxury shopping districts, Le Suquet’s historic streets and the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès, home of the annual Cannes Film Festival.
The nearby Lérins Islands, local markets, museums and waterfront cafés also offer visitors the opportunity to experience the French Riviera beyond the city’s famous beaches and events.
