Aloft Hotels, part of the Marriott Bonvoy portfolio, has officially opened its first property in Istanbul with the launch of Aloft Istanbul Karaköy. The new hotel brings the brand’s signature playful and modern style to one of the city’s most creative neighborhoods.

The 107 guest rooms and suites are infused with artwork and design inspired by Karaköy’s cultural scene, with local artists Serap Sokol and Ecem Dilan Kose contributing pieces curated by Elif Ece Kazan. Public spaces are designed for connection and entertainment, featuring billiards, gaming options, and the lively WXYZ Bar, which hosts live music alongside cocktails. Guests can also enjoy an all-day dining restaurant with international cuisine, plus a terrace offering panoramic city views.

For added convenience, the hotel includes Re:fuel by Aloft, a 24/7 self-service market, as well as the Re:charge gym open around the clock. Families will find tailored touches through the Camp Aloft program for children, while pet owners benefit from the brand’s Arf program, making stays seamless for four-legged companions.

Business travelers are catered to as well, with a meeting room equipped with modern A/V technology, creating a versatile space for work or events.

Located within walking distance of Galata Tower, Istanbul Modern, and the city’s cruise port, the property places guests at the heart of the city’s bustling cultural and social scene.
