Wizz Air has launched WIZZ Holidays, a new booking platform that lets passengers reserve flights, hotels and transfers in one process. The low-cost carrier said the service is designed to make trip planning simpler and to broaden its offer beyond standalone flights.
The company is also using artificial intelligence to support searches and help travellers plan both traditional beach breaks and multi-city itineraries. The move puts Wizz Air alongside other budget airlines that have expanded into packaged travel products.
WIZZ Holidays brings flights, accommodation and ground transfers into a single booking flow. That approach is becoming more common across the airline industry as carriers look to capture more of the travel spend beyond the airfare itself.
