Alaska And Hawaiian Airlines Launch Premium Summer Beverage Program With Cold Brew And Business Class Wines

Alaska Airlines and Hawaiian Airlines are enhancing the onboard experience this summer with a refreshed beverage lineup featuring premium wines, specialty coffee and new products designed to reflect the unique identities of both carriers.

The new offerings include the launch of a curated international business class wine program across long-haul routes, the introduction of Stumptown Copilot Cold Brew on select Alaska Airlines flights and a new Hawaiian Airlines wine collection that supports marine conservation efforts in Hawaii.

The initiative reflects the airlines’ continued focus on elevating food and beverage options as travelers increasingly expect premium dining and drink experiences in the air.

Stumptown Cold Brew Debuts In The Sky

Alaska Airlines is expanding its partnership with Stumptown Coffee Roasters through the introduction of Stumptown Copilot Cold Brew, available on select domestic and Reykjavík services.

The cold brew is produced in small batches using ethically sourced coffee beans and contains only coffee and water. The beverage is designed to deliver a bright, full-bodied flavor profile with a smooth chocolate-forward finish.

First Class and Premium Class passengers will receive the drink complimentary, while Main Cabin travelers can purchase it onboard.

New Business Class Wine Program Targets Premium Travelers

The centerpiece of the summer rollout is a new international business class wine program that will be available across long-haul flights operated by both Alaska Airlines and Hawaiian Airlines.

The curated selection has been developed to complement multi-course inflight dining menus and deliver a restaurant-style experience at cruising altitude.

Featured labels include Louis Roederer Collection Champagne, Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars Armillary Cabernet Sauvignon and Paul Hobbs Russian River Chardonnay, offering passengers a mix of sparkling, red and white wines sourced from respected producers.

The airlines say the new wine program represents a significant investment in premium hospitality and aligns with growing demand for elevated onboard experiences.

Hawaiian Airlines Introduces Tide & Vine

Hawaiian Airlines is also launching Tide & Vine, a new wine collection inspired by the islands and the Pacific Ocean. The lineup includes a red blend, white blend and brut sparkling wine available in the Main Cabin.

The program has been designed to bring a sense of Hawaiian culture and place to the inflight experience while supporting environmental initiatives beyond the aircraft cabin.

A portion of proceeds from Tide & Vine sales will benefit Mālama Maunalua, a nonprofit organization focused on restoring and protecting Maunalua Bay on Oʻahu.

Supporting Ocean Conservation

The Tide & Vine partnership expands Hawaiian Airlines’ existing relationship with Mālama Maunalua and highlights the carrier’s commitment to environmental stewardship.

In recognition of World Oceans Day, volunteers from Hawaiian Airlines and Tide & Vine recently joined the nonprofit in removing invasive algae species from Maunalua Bay. The cleanup effort removed more than 260 pounds of invasive marine vegetation from local waters.

Over the past 17 years, Mālama Maunalua’s restoration efforts have removed approximately four million pounds of invasive algae from the bay, helping protect native marine ecosystems and improve water quality.

Airlines Continue To Invest In Premium Experiences

The latest beverage enhancements demonstrate how airlines are increasingly using food and beverage programs to differentiate their brands and improve customer satisfaction.
