Porsche has unveiled a new limited-edition 911 Turbo S created exclusively for Kuwait to celebrate 70 years of the brand’s presence in the country.
Named the Porsche 911 Turbo S Sadu Edition, the special model pays tribute to Kuwait’s cultural heritage through bespoke design details inspired by traditional Sadu weaving.
Only 20 Vehicles Will Be Produced
The limited-edition model is based on the latest 992-generation Porsche 911 Turbo S and will be restricted to just 20 units exclusively for the Kuwaiti market.
The cars are being customised by Porsche Exclusive Manufaktur in Zuffenhausen, Germany, next to the main 911 production line.
The launch commemorates the arrival of the first Porsche sports car in Kuwait in 1956, when businessman Morad Behbehani imported a Porsche 356 Cabriolet into the country.
Traditional Sadu Design Inspires The Edition
The edition takes inspiration from Al Sadu, a traditional weaving technique widely associated with Kuwait and the Arabian Peninsula.
The geometric textile art form was recognised by UNESCO in 2020 as part of the Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.
Porsche integrated Sadu-inspired patterns throughout both the interior and exterior of the vehicle using custom colours and handcrafted detailing.
Luxury Interior Features Custom Craftsmanship
The interior combines Black and Bordeaux Red leather with Lightsilver accents and extensive hand-stitched cross-stitch detailing.
Custom Sports Seat Plus upholstery features woven Sadu-inspired textile patterns in Bordeaux Red, Guards Red, GT Silver and Black.
The door panels also include Sadu textile inserts, while the headrests feature “70 Years” embossed in Arabic script.
Additional bespoke elements include customised keys, leather accessories and illuminated aluminium door sill guards referencing both the 70-year anniversary and the 20-car production run.

Exterior Combines Heritage And Performance
The exterior is finished in Cremewhite with Black high-gloss SportDesign accents and specially painted Sport Classic wheels.
Sadu-inspired decals appear along the doors and rear wing, while gold “Turbo S Sadu Edition” badging is positioned on the B-pillars.
The vehicle also includes Porsche Ceramic Composite Brakes, titanium sports tailpipes and an electric glass sunroof.
Porsche Marks Longstanding Kuwait Presence
Porsche executives described the project as both a celebration of the company’s history in Kuwait and a showcase for Porsche’s individualisation capabilities through Exclusive Manufaktur and Sonderwunsch customisation programmes.
The launch also reflects the growing importance of highly personalised luxury vehicles tailored to regional culture and collector demand within the Middle East automotive market.
