Air Arabia has announced the launch of thrice-weekly direct flights between Sharjah and Sochi, starting June 27, 2025. The move expands the airline’s Russian network to six cities, further solidifying its regional presence.

The new flights will operate on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, utilizing Airbus A320 aircraft. Sochi joins other key Russian destinations Air Arabia serves, including Moscow, Kazan, and Samara.

Air Arabia CEO Adel Al Ali emphasized the importance of the new route, stating, “This launch underscores our commitment to enhancing connectivity between the UAE and Russia, supporting both tourism and trade growth while offering affordable travel options.”

Passengers on the new route will enjoy the modern comforts of Air Arabia’s Airbus A320 fleet, which feature free in-flight streaming, affordable onboard catering, and access to the airline’s loyalty program, Air Rewards.

The addition of Sochi reflects Air Arabia’s strategic focus on connecting emerging markets and expanding its global reach to meet growing travel demand.
