New Luxury Beach Hotel Mantera Supreme Seaside 5 Set to Open in Sochi

The new luxury beach hotel in Sochi, Mantera Supreme Seaside, has received its official permit for operation and is set to open ceremoniously in November 2024. This marks the largest development of such caliber in Sochi since the 2014 Olympic Games. Mantera Supreme Seaside is the first hotel under the Mantera Supreme brand and will be located in the federal territory of Sirius, at the heart of the Olympic Park, right on the Black Sea waterfront. Spanning 6 hectares, the resort features residential buildings, a congress center for 1,300 people, over 20 different leisure and entertainment facilities, and a pool complex covering a total area of 5,000 square meters.

The resort boasts a landscaped subtropical park with 15,000 plants already planted. Among them is the most expensive exotic plant in southern Russia, the magnificent Ceiba, known as the “bottle tree.” Weighing 4 tons, it was transported to Sochi from Spain.

The Mantera Supreme Seaside hotel itself is an eight-story beachfront building with 400 rooms of various categories, including suites with pools and a 215-square-meter penthouse with a private terrace and personal infinity pool. The hotel will offer a world-class seaside resort experience, partly due to its 11 outdoor pools, eight filled with seawater pumped from significant depths. This type of water intake system, considering the depth and distance, is a first for a hotel project in Russia, as highlighted by Mantera Hotels.

Guests at the hotel will have access to five restaurants featuring signature cuisine and six bars helmed by renowned brand chef Ilya Zakharov. Mantera Hotels aims to attract not only resort guests but also establish these venues as new gastronomic destinations in southern Russia, appealing to the most discerning gourmets.
