October 27, 2024, marks the beginning of the “Winter 2024/2025” aviation season, which will run until the last Saturday in March 2025. During this period, airlines and travel agencies will offer a diverse range of 70 scheduled and charter routes from Katowice Airport, connecting to 61 airports in 34 countries, with four exciting new destinations joining the list.
Ryanair has introduced the first-ever scheduled flight between Katowice Airport and Reggio Calabria, Italy, with the inaugural service set for October 27, 2024. Travel agencies are also expanding their winter offerings with holiday flights from Pyrzowice to three new destinations: Bahrain, with the first flight on November 1, 2024; Goa, India, starting November 29, 2024; and La Romana in the Dominican Republic, beginning on December 28, 2024.
