Leo Express resumed its international connection from Prague to Krakow on Friday 18th June. The connection was paused due to the covid-19 pandemic and related travel restrictions. The trains are going from Czechia to Poland every Friday and Sunday, and return to Czechia every Saturday and Monday. The connections are perfect for ‘euro weekend’ trips. Leo Express is offering passengers a 25% discount on tickets between Prague and Krakow during the first couple of weeks when they buy the ticket with the promo code ‘LEO25’.
After a forced coronavirus break, Leo Express is returning to Polish railways. It resumed its weekend connections which are popular in both Czechia and Poland for ‘euro weekends’. Leo Express was the first private passenger rail operator to enter the Polish market and brought a new level of service there.
The trains leave Prague every Friday and Sunday at 15:42 and arrive in Krakow at 22:23. On their way, they stop on significant stops in Czechia on the Prague-Ostrava route, and in Poland, they stop for example in Katowice, where passengers can transfer to direct flights to the whole of Europe. The return trains leave Krakow every Saturday and Monday at 04:51 and arrive in Prague at 11:49.
During the first weekends, passengers can buy their tickets to Poland and back with a 25% discount. The discount can be used until 28. 6. 2021 23:59.59 or until all trains are sold out. The discount is valid in all classes, so passengers can try even the higher classes Business and Premium. To get the discount, customers need to use the promo code ‘LEO25’.
Twice a day to Slovakia, the bus connection to Croatia also returns
Leo Express goes to Slovakia and back twice a day every Thursday, Friday, and Sunday. It reacts to the rising numbers of passengers and improving epidemiological status. The interest of passengers in a trip to Slovakia also rose after the enabling of travel 22 days after the first dose of the covid-19 vaccine.

A popular bus connection to Croatia, which Leo Express launched for the first time last year, will also return. The operator began the sale of the bus tickets last week. The buses to Croatia go every Friday and return to Czechia every Saturday. The first bus will leave Prague on 25th June and the last one on 3rd September. The boarding places in Czechia are Prague, Brno and Mikulov, and people can get off the bus in Croatia in Zadar, Biograd na Moru, Vodice, Šibenik, Split, Omiš, Baška Voda and Makarská. All hygienic measures apply on board and the interior is regularly cleaned.
