New Four Seasons Private Residences Coming to Walt Disney World Resort

A new Four Seasons Private Residences development is under construction in the Golden Oak community at Walt Disney World Resort, featuring 31 units in a mid-rise tower and nine boutique homes. Sales are expected to begin in late 2024, with Golden Oak Realty as the exclusive agent.

“We are proud to expand our residential portfolio, building on the extraordinary living experiences that Four Seasons has delivered to our residents in Golden Oak since 2015,” says Bart Carnahan, President, Global Business Development, Portfolio Management, and Residential at Four Seasons.

Developed by Host Hotels & Resorts, in collaboration with Four Seasons, the new residences will offer luxurious living with exceptional service.

Inspired Design for Remarkable Living

Located adjacent to Four Seasons Resort Orlando, the mid-rise tower will reflect Spanish Revival style and feature open floorplans, premium fixtures, floor-to-ceiling windows, and private verandas. Residents can choose from eight one-story floorplans or five two-story penthouses.

The boutique homes, designed in French Moderne style, will include four floorplans with outdoor living spaces, covered patios, pools, and outdoor kitchens. These homes will also have access to the tower’s amenities.

World-Renowned Four Seasons Service

A dedicated director of residences will ensure exceptional service, with 24-hour concierge and a variety of services, including menu planning, grocery delivery, dog walking, housekeeping, and maintenance.

Live in the Heart of the Magic

Located four miles from Magic Kingdom Park, residents will enjoy resort-style living and membership in the Golden Oak Club, offering events, concierge services, a private clubhouse, and transportation to Disney parks.

Unmatched Amenities

Residents will have access to amenities at the AAA Five Diamond Four Seasons Resort, including pools, sports and fitness facilities, a spa, a golf course, family activities, and six restaurants, including the Michelin-starred Capa steakhouse.

Construction is expected to be complete by early 2026, with sales starting in late 2024.
