LOT Polish Airlines has introduced a series of upgrades to its long-haul Business Class experience, including redesigned amenity kits, new premium skincare products, upgraded headphones and an expansion of its signature Bolesławiec ceramic tableware.
The enhancements reflect the airline’s strategy of improving the onboard experience through premium products, functionality and partnerships with Polish brands.
Redesigned Amenity Kits and New Skincare
LOT has refreshed its popular Business Class amenity kits with a new contemporary design available in navy blue and copper. The kits continue to feature skincare products from Polish brand Phenomé, now expanded with a facial mist and under-eye patches alongside redesigned face cream and lip balm packaging. Other onboard comfort items, including eye masks, earplugs, socks and toothbrushes, have also been updated based on passenger feedback collected through the airline’s LOT Insight customer panel.
From August 2026, Business Class passengers will also have access to a new three-step skincare ritual developed with Polish premium cosmetics brand HDRÈY. The collection includes micellar water, a hydrogel face mask and facial serum designed to help passengers keep their skin hydrated during long-haul flights. Selected HDRÈY products will also be available for purchase through LOT’s SHOP&MORE onboard and online stores.
New Headphones Across All Cabins
Business Class passengers will receive newly designed over-ear headphones from August, featuring improved comfort and, in the future, active noise cancellation as aircraft cabin retrofits are completed. The airline has also introduced new headphones in Premium Economy and Economy Class, while replacing plastic packaging with paper wraps as part of its updated onboard product presentation.
Bolesławiec Ceramics Expanded to Seoul Flights
LOT has also expanded the use of handcrafted Bolesławiec ceramic tableware in Business Class. Following its introduction on flights to Tokyo, the distinctive Polish ceramics are now used on services between Warsaw and Wrocław and Seoul, with selected pieces also added to Premium Economy service.
The latest upgrades form part of LOT’s ongoing investment in enhancing its premium long-haul product while showcasing Polish craftsmanship, design and hospitality across its international network.
