Luxury experiential travel company andBeyond has announced the expansion of its presence in northern Kenya with the launch of andBeyond Suyian Homestead, an exclusive-use private safari residence set to open in June 2027.
Located within the 44,000-acre Suyian Conservancy, the new property will complement the recently opened andBeyond Suyian Lodge, creating the conservancy’s only tourism accommodation. Designed exclusively for private bookings, the homestead will cater to families, groups of friends and multi-generational travellers seeking personalised safari experiences in one of Kenya’s most remote wilderness areas.
Private Safari Living
andBeyond Suyian Homestead will accommodate up to 11 guests across five luxury suites, including a master suite and a family suite with triple occupancy.
The 555-square-metre residence has been designed to blend into the surrounding landscape, featuring expansive indoor living spaces, an open-plan kitchen, long communal dining tables, shaded terraces and an infinity pool overlooking the conservancy.
Natural materials such as reclaimed timber, stone and bronze are combined with handcrafted Kenyan furniture, Samburu beadwork, local artefacts and carefully selected antiques to create interiors that reflect the region’s cultural heritage.
Tailor-Made Safari Experiences
Guests will enjoy complete flexibility throughout their stay, supported by a dedicated team of 13 staff members, two private safari guides and two exclusive six-seat 4×4 safari vehicles.
Beyond traditional game drives, experiences include horseback safaris, camel treks, catch-and-release fishing, scenic helicopter excursions and opportunities to learn about local cattle ranching traditions.
Guests will also have access to the facilities at nearby andBeyond Suyian Lodge, including its wellness centre and Safari Shop, while those preferring a slower pace can enjoy in-suite spa treatments, fitness sessions or relaxing by the private pool.
Wildlife and Conservation
Suyian Conservancy is recognised for its exceptional biodiversity, providing habitat for species including Grevy’s zebra, reticulated giraffe, African wild dog and the elusive black leopard.
Owned by the Suyian Conservancy Trust and managed under a Kenya Wildlife Service-approved conservation plan with oversight from Space for Giants, the protected landscape reflects andBeyond’s long-standing commitment to conservation-led tourism.
Sustainable Luxury
The homestead has been designed with sustainability at its core. Around 80% of its energy needs will be supplied by solar power, complemented by borehole water systems, rainwater harvesting and indigenous landscaping.
Dining will also emphasise local sourcing, with ingredients supplied from kitchen gardens, nearby farms and trusted producers located within a 31-mile (50-kilometre) radius.
With its combination of privacy, personalised service and immersive conservation experiences, andBeyond Suyian Homestead is set to become one of Kenya’s most exclusive safari accommodations when it welcomes its first guests in June 2027.
