Stradom House Kraków Unveils New Holistic Spa Experience

Stradom House Hotel & Spa, Autograph Collection, has unveiled an expanded wellness programme at its SÓL Spa, introducing a new collection of holistic face and body treatments developed in collaboration with renowned London-based wellness practitioner Alexandra Soveral.

The launch marks a significant evolution for the luxury Kraków hotel, positioning SÓL Spa as one of Europe’s leading urban wellness destinations by combining advanced bodywork, plant-based skincare, and therapies inspired by Poland’s cultural heritage.

Housed within a meticulously restored 14th-century monastery, Stradom House blends historic architecture with contemporary hospitality. At the heart of the property, SÓL Spa draws inspiration from Kraków’s centuries-old salt-mining traditions while embracing modern approaches to longevity and holistic wellbeing.

Signature Treatments by Alexandra Soveral

The new treatment menu is organized into three categories—Face, Back & Body, and Heritage. Central to the facial offering is Alexandra Soveral’s acclaimed Soveral Method, a holistic facial therapy combining lymphatic drainage, deep facial massage, aromatherapy, and bioactive skincare to improve skin health while supporting emotional wellbeing.

Guests can choose from the 60-minute Soveral Method, the enhanced Soveral Method Plus featuring sculpting massage, detoxifying masks, and massage stones, or the shorter Soveral Express treatment designed to hydrate, lift, and refresh travel-weary skin using hyaluronic acid-rich formulations.

Soveral has also created the exclusive SÓL Oil Bar, a personalized aromatherapy massage experience using bespoke botanical oil blends selected according to each guest’s physical and emotional needs. The treatments draw upon her decades of expertise in herbal medicine and essential oils to encourage relaxation, skin nourishment, and overall regeneration.

Advanced Bodywork and Heritage Rituals

Bodywork specialist Beata Aleksandrowicz has designed the Deep SÓL treatment, combining deep tissue massage, trigger-point therapy, Thai stretching, touch therapy, and energy work to relieve muscular tension while restoring physical and emotional balance. The treatment is available as either a focused back therapy or a full-body experience.

The Heritage collection includes facial massage rituals developed with massage expert Shiri Aharoni, incorporating handcrafted agate gua sha tools inspired by traditional Chinese and Taiwanese healing practices to improve circulation, release facial tension, and stimulate natural collagen production.

Additional signature experiences include the SÓL Ceremony, a mineral-rich salt exfoliation inspired by Kraków’s famous salt mines, and the Polish Herbal Clays treatment, which combines locally inspired herbal extracts and mineral-rich clays to detoxify and nourish the skin.

Award-Winning Urban Wellness

The expanded treatment menu follows SÓL Spa’s recognition at the 2026 Spa & Wellness Awards, where the facility received multiple finalist nominations and won the Hotel Wellness Zone category, reinforcing its growing reputation within Poland’s luxury wellness sector.

Guests also have access to a comprehensive wellness circuit featuring a 20-meter indoor swimming pool, steam room, bio sauna, infrared salt sauna, relaxation lounges, and a fully equipped fitness studio, creating a complete urban retreat focused on both physical renewal and mental wellbeing.

Stradom House Hotel & Spa is part of Marriott International’s Autograph Collection Hotels and participates in the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program, offering members exclusive benefits and rewards across Marriott’s global portfolio.
