Avani Hotels & Resorts has launched Avani Book Club, a new global initiative designed to help travelers connect more deeply with destinations through literature, local storytelling and shared reading experiences.
The program combines curated reading lists, in-hotel book collections, author events, book swaps and destination-inspired activities across selected Avani properties worldwide. Inspired by the popularity of platforms such as BookTok and Bookstagram, Avani Book Club aims to make books a central part of the travel experience, allowing guests to explore a destination through its stories as well as its landmarks.
Thirty Books Inspired By Fifteen Destinations
At the heart of the program is a curated collection of 30 books available across 15 participating Avani hotels and resorts spanning Asia, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Australia and the Indian Ocean.
Each title has been selected to reflect the character, history or atmosphere of its destination, ranging from contemporary fiction and literary classics to travel memoirs and wellness-focused reads.
Featured titles include Bangkok Wakes to Rain by Pitchaya Sudbanthad at Avani+ Riverside Bangkok, offering a vivid portrait of Thailand’s capital, and The Miniaturist by Jessie Burton at Avani Museum Quarter Amsterdam, which captures the intrigue of 17th-century Dutch society.
In Venice, guests at Avani Rio Novo Venice can discover You Deserve Good Gelato by Kacie Rose, a bestselling travel memoir celebrating food, self-discovery and Italian culture.

In Venice, author and travel influencer Kacie Rose is scheduled to participate in a book signing and special Avani Book Club event later this year.
