New Aloft Hotel Under Construction In Paducah
Developers have officially broken ground on a new Aloft Hotel project in Paducah, Kentucky, marking the start of a major hospitality development valued at approximately $21 million.
The hotel is being developed by National Hospitality LLC, led by managing partner Joseph Gega.
121-Room Modular Hotel Planned
The project will feature a 121-guestroom Aloft Hotel designed using modular construction methods, a growing trend within the hospitality industry aimed at improving efficiency and reducing build times.
Flex Cube has been named as the project contractor overseeing construction.
The development is expected to bring a modern lifestyle hotel option to Paducah as the city continues expanding its hospitality and tourism infrastructure.
Completion Expected In 2027
Construction is scheduled to continue over the next two years, with the hotel expected to open in spring 2027.
The Aloft brand, part of Marriott’s global hotel portfolio, is known for targeting younger and business-focused travelers with contemporary design, technology-focused guestrooms and social public spaces.
Paducah Continues Hospitality Expansion
Paducah has seen growing investment in tourism and commercial development in recent years, supported by its location along the Ohio River and its reputation as a regional cultural and arts destination.
The new hotel is expected to strengthen the city’s accommodation offerings for both business and leisure travelers while contributing to local economic development and job creation during construction and future operations.
