The Beatles To Open First Official Fan Experience At Historic Savile Row Headquarters

Fans Will Gain Access To The Beatles’ Most Historic London Address

The Beatles are set to open their first-ever official fan destination inside one of the most iconic buildings in music history.

Apple Corps Ltd. has announced that 3 Savile Row in London’s Mayfair district will become an immersive Beatles experience opening in 2027, giving visitors unprecedented access to the legendary site connected to some of the band’s most important moments.

The building served as one of Apple Corps’ earliest headquarters during the late 1960s, housed the studio where Let It Be was recorded and became globally famous as the location of The Beatles’ final public performance – the rooftop concert on January 30, 1969.

Seven Floors Of Beatles History Will Open To Visitors

For the first time, fans will be able to enter and explore all seven floors of the historic building through a ticketed experience featuring previously unseen archive material, rotating exhibitions and immersive installations.

The attraction will also include a recreation of the original basement recording studio where sessions for Let It Be took place, alongside a dedicated fan store.

One of the centrepieces of the experience will allow visitors to step onto the same rooftop where John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison and Ringo Starr performed their now legendary final live concert.

The rooftop performance was later immortalised in Peter Jackson’s documentary Get Back.

Apple Corps Returns To Its Spiritual Home

Since its creation in 1968, Apple Corps Ltd. has overseen The Beatles’ creative and business interests, and company executives described the reopening of 3 Savile Row as a full-circle moment.

Tom Greene, CEO of Apple Corps, said the project would finally allow fans to experience the interior of a location that has become a global pilgrimage site for Beatles enthusiasts.

“We’re thrilled to bring Apple Corps back to its spiritual home and give The Beatles fans something truly special,” Greene said.

“Every single day, fans are taking pictures of the outside of 3 Savile Row – but next year they can go in and explore all seven floors of the iconic building, including the rooftop where even the railings remain the same from that famous day in 1969.”

Paul McCartney And Ringo Starr Reflect On The Historic Building

Paul McCartney said revisiting the building recently brought back powerful memories from the band’s final years together.

“It was such a trip to get back to 3 Savile Row recently and have a look around,” McCartney said.

“There are so many special memories within the walls, not to mention the rooftop. The team have put together some really impressive plans and I’m excited for people to see it when it’s ready.”

Ringo Starr added: “Wow, it’s like coming home.”

More Beatles Experiences Planned

Apple Corps also confirmed that a second Beatles-themed experience is currently in development, with additional details expected to be announced in the future.

Fans can register through The Beatles’ official website to receive updates about The Beatles at 3 Savile Row ahead of its planned 2027 opening.
