AirAsia MOVE Adds 4 Airlines to Expand Global Reach in 2026

AirAsia MOVE has expanded its airline network in the second quarter of 2026 by adding four direct partners: Oman Air, Uzbekistan Airways, FitsAir and Hainan Airlines. The booking app says the move strengthens travel options across the Middle East, Central Asia, South Asia and China.

The expansion gives travellers more choice and easier access to emerging destinations, according to the company. It also adds further connectivity to AirAsia MOVE’s global booking platform as competition grows in the travel app market.

AirAsia MOVE, also known as MOVE, described itself as Asia’s leading travel booking app in its announcement. The new partnerships are intended to improve seamless access for users looking to book flights across a wider range of routes and markets.

The addition of Oman Air extends the app’s reach into the Middle East, while Uzbekistan Airways brings more links into Central Asia. FitsAir adds further coverage in South Asia, and Hainan Airlines strengthens access to destinations in China.

The company did not give details of the commercial terms behind the partnerships, nor did it say whether the new airline integrations were already live across all markets. But the update marks a significant step in its push to broaden inventory and attract more travellers searching for regional and long-haul options.

Online travel platforms have been racing to expand the number of airlines and routes available on their systems as travellers increasingly look for flexibility and direct booking options. By adding four partners at once, AirAsia MOVE is positioning itself as a broader gateway to flights beyond its core low-cost network.

For customers, the practical impact is likely to be a wider range of fares, schedules and destination choices when comparing journeys across multiple regions. For the company, the added partnerships may help strengthen its appeal as an all-in-one booking app rather than a platform focused mainly on AirAsia services.

AirAsia MOVE said the changes form part of its wider strategy to deepen global connectivity in 2026. It did not say whether more airline partners would follow later in the year.
