Virgin Limited Edition is expanding its portfolio with a new luxury hotel near Marrakech – and it’s set to open in 2027.

Set just 25 minutes from the vibrant heart of Marrakech, the brand has revealed plans for a new small luxury hotel nestled within a sprawling 10-hectare agricultural estate. Already under construction, the 37-suite hideaway will offer a fresh take on Moroccan luxury, rooted in nature, culture, and craft.

This latest addition marks Virgin Limited Edition’s second property in Morocco, building on the magic of Kasbah Tamadot in the Atlas Mountains. The new estate is designed as an oasis beyond the Medina nestled within citrus orchards, olive groves and vegetable gardens. If that’s not enough, you can switch off with activities ranging from padel to horse riding.
