A new industry-focused wellness event is set to debut in Miami this spring, reflecting the rapid growth of community-driven, in-person experiences across the global wellness sector.

Wellist Week will host its inaugural edition from April 13 to 19 in Miami, positioning itself as both a conference and a citywide programme open to the public. Organisers describe it as the “first citywide gathering for wellness,” designed to unite leaders shaping the industry’s present and future.

The event aims to convene a broad spectrum of voices from across the wellness ecosystem, including scientists, medical professionals, founders, practitioners, technologists and business leaders. Programming will span key industry themes such as recovery science, longevity, social wellness and performance technology, alongside discussions on culture and community.

The initial speaker lineup includes Katie Kaps, co-founder and co-CEO of HigherDose; Tino DeMartino, head of wellness for Soho House North America; Chris Mirabile, founder and chief executive of Novos; Halland Chen, a double-board certified physician specialising in longevity medicine; and Nicolas Chammas, chief financial officer of Eight Sleep.

“Wellness is no longer a trend or niche, it is a transformative force with the power to realign humanity, bringing us into harmony with ourselves, each other and the planet,” said Alhia Chacoff, co-founder of Wellist Week. She described the initiative as a shared commitment to a holistic vision of wellness that extends beyond personal health to influence culture, business and long-term human potential.

The launch of Wellist Week comes as the wellness industry increasingly shifts toward live, experiential formats, with events and festivals emerging as key platforms for networking, education and community building. As consumer interest in wellbeing deepens, organisers are betting that large-scale, in-person gatherings will play a central role in shaping the next phase of the sector’s growth.
