London’s Corus Hotel Hyde Park to Reopen as Hyde & Seek After £42 Million Makeover

The historic Corus Hotel Hyde Park in London is set to reopen in late autumn 2026 under a new name – Hyde & Seek – following an ambitious £42 million refurbishment.

Located at 1 Lancaster Gate, the property closed in September 2025 for a full redesign led by Immersive Hospitality Management (IHM). When it reopens, it will join Marriott Bonvoy’s Tribute Portfolio, a global collection of over 160 independent hotels known for their distinctive character and design.

Originally built in the 1800s as a listed Georgian mansion, the hotel will be reimagined as a stylish urban retreat where vintage charm meets modern creativity. Its 309 guest rooms will showcase bohemian touches inspired by the 1960s and 1970s, while new features will include a glass-roofed courtyard, a co-working space, a gym, and a wellness studio for both guests and locals.

Andrew Khoo, Chairman of IHM, said:

“Hyde & Seek is set to become a unique and eccentric addition to the London hotel scene. This project boldly pushes the boundaries of expectation, rejecting the dull and embracing the charm of the location. We are incredibly proud of this transformation and look forward to unveiling Hyde & Seek next year.”

The redesign is being carried out by interior designer Goddard Littlefair and architect Unwin Jones Partnership, both known for their work on luxury hospitality projects across Europe.

Founded in 2024 after the rebrand of Corus Hotels, IHM traces its roots back to the Regal Hotel Group, established in 1993. With the launch of Hyde & Seek, the company marks a new era in immersive, experience-driven hospitality in the heart of London.
