Ennismore has announced a new chapter for Delano, unveiling upcoming openings in SoHo New York and London, alongside the highly anticipated reopening of the original Delano Miami Beach. Together, these launches mark a bold evolution for one of the world’s most storied luxury lifestyle brands.
Born in Miami and synonymous with contemporary glamour, Delano is expanding its global footprint while remaining true to its founding spirit—refinement, warmth, and creativity. Recent openings in Paris and Dubai have already positioned the brand at the forefront of modern luxury hospitality, with additional projects now planned in Istanbul, Puglia, Marrakesh, and Costa Rica.
This next phase follows Ennismore’s strategic partnership with Cain International, which acquired a minority stake in the brand in 2024. To lead Delano into its new era, Ennismore has appointed Ben Pundole as Chief Brand Officer, a hospitality veteran known for shaping culturally resonant concepts across the luxury space.
Delano Miami Beach: The Return of an Icon
The original Delano Miami Beach will reopen in early 2026 after an extensive reimagining that blends Art Deco heritage with modern elegance. Its 171 rooms and suites, including poolside bungalows and penthouses, will anchor a property that pays homage to Miami’s vibrant art and design culture. Four signature restaurant and bar concepts will include a revival of the beloved Rose Bar, once a gathering place for Hollywood luminaries and Miami’s creative elite.
Delano SoHo, New York: A Modern Classic
In partnership with Cain, Delano SoHo New York will bring the brand’s distinctive sensibility to Hudson Square. Located on Spring Street in what is currently The Dominick, the 46-story property will feature 390 rooms and suites with sculptural design, soft silhouettes, and panoramic city views. The hotel will serve as both a serene escape and a dynamic hub for cultural connection, blending timeless style with contemporary energy.
Delano London: A Refined Urban Retreat
Opening in late 2026, Delano London will be situated near Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park, within a historic red-brick building that merges aristocratic charm with modern design. Developed with Signature Developers and DCD Properties, the 67-room hotel will feature sensual, layered interiors and subtle nods to Delano’s signature minimalism. London will also welcome the first international outpost of Miami’s Rose Bar, reimagined as an intimate subterranean venue defined by velvet textures, sculptural lighting, and live music.
Each Delano property will integrate wellness and retail concepts that encourage calm, connection, and discovery—hallmarks of the brand’s new direction.
