Marriott International has announced a landmark project in Turkey: together with Kuzu Group, the company will debut the luxurious St. Regis Karya Cove Resort & Residences in Bodrum. Scheduled to open in 2030, the property will become Marriott’s 100th hotel in the country.
Set on a scenic 280,000-square-meter site in Kazıklı Bay on Turkey’s Aegean coast, the resort is poised to elevate Bodrum’s reputation as a destination known for its beaches, yacht marinas, and rich cultural heritage.
The resort will feature 138 guest rooms, multiple restaurants, indoor and outdoor pools, a fitness center, kids’ club, spa, and event spaces for meetings and gatherings.
Alongside the hotel, the residential component will include more than 200 apartments and villas, enhanced by exclusive amenities such as private lounges, a media room, show kitchen, co-working spaces, library, dedicated fitness studios, and a pool. The project is designed to appeal both to leisure travelers and to those seeking premium coastal residences.
St. Regis Karya Cove Resort & Residences will be the second collaboration between Marriott, Kuzu Group, and Servotel, following the opening of the JW Marriott Hotel Istanbul Marmara Sea in 2022.
For Marriott, the Bodrum debut marks not only a strategic expansion but also a milestone that highlights Turkey’s growing importance within the company’s global portfolio.
