Radisson Hotel Group is accelerating its growth in France with a wave of high-profile signings and openings. Backed by strategic partnerships with leading real estate groups such as Covivio and Byron Capital, the company is expanding its footprint across luxury lifestyle and upscale segments, targeting both urban gateways and resort destinations.
“France is a strategic growth market for Radisson Hotel Group, where we aim to significantly expand our footprint,” said Elie Younes, Global Chief Development Officer & Executive Vice President. “From historic conversions in cultural landmarks to contemporary icons in high-traffic gateways, our expansion is supported by long-term and strategic partnerships. The pace of our growth reflects the confidence of our owners in our brands and people.”
The Group’s French portfolio now comprises 34 hotels in operation and under development. Four recent signings underline its momentum:
Banke Opera Paris, A Radisson Collection Hotel will open in Q3 2026. The 90-room property, dating back to 1907, will undergo a full renovation to showcase a modern interpretation of Parisian elegance, complete with a Belle Époque façade, a Gustave Eiffel-designed staircase, and a 19th-century atrium housing a reception, bar, and restaurant. Additional features will include wellness facilities in the former vault room and a comprehensive meetings offering.
Radisson Blu Hotel, Paris Roissy CDG Airport, scheduled to open in late 2025, will be directly opposite Terminal 3 at Charles de Gaulle Airport. The 305-room property, which includes suites and 1,500m² of meeting space, will undergo further upgrades in 2026 to enhance guest facilities, including a restaurant-bar, wellness centre, sauna, hammam, and indoor pool.
Radisson Resort Cannes will bring the Group’s fastest-growing upscale brand to the French Riviera. Located beachfront in Cannes La Bocca, the 100-room urban resort will reopen under the Radisson brand in 2026 following a comprehensive renovation. Guests will enjoy direct beach access, landscaped gardens, and sweeping sea views.
Hôtel Beaux Arts Bourges, a member of Radisson Individuals, will debut in 2027 in the city’s historic district. The 52-room hotel will open as Bourges prepares for its role as European Capital of Culture in 2028.
The Group is also advancing its pipeline with several high-profile developments:
Hotel & Spa Amoria La Baule, a Radisson Individuals property, opening Q4 2025.
Maison Rivoli Paris, A Radisson Collection Hotel, opening winter 2027.
Radisson Blu Hotel, Triangle Paris, opening in early 2027 as part of the landmark Triangle development.
These announcements follow the successful launch of Cour des Loges Lyon, A Radisson Collection Hotel, which marked the brand’s French debut, alongside the openings of Radisson Blu Hotel, Montpellier and Le Relais de la Malmaison, a Radisson Individuals member near Paris.
With 11 hotels and nearly 1,700 rooms in Île-de-France alone, Radisson Hotel Group is reinforcing its position as a leading international operator in the French market, combining global scale with strong local expertise.
