Anantara to Open Luxury Retreat and Residences in Çeşme by 2030

Minor Hotels has announced plans to develop Anantara Retreat Çeşme and Anantara Residences Çeşme, a new luxury hospitality and residential project on Türkiye’s Aegean coast scheduled to open in 2030.

The development will introduce the Anantara brand to one of Türkiye’s fastest-growing luxury leisure destinations, further expanding Minor Hotels’ premium portfolio in the country.

Luxury Retreat in Türkiye’s Aegean Region

Located in the village of Çakabey within the Çeşme district of İzmir Province, the new retreat will be surrounded by vineyards, rolling hills, and the natural landscapes that have made the region increasingly popular for wellness, gastronomy, and nature-based tourism.

The property will feature 54 guestrooms, suites, and private pool villas, complemented by 50 branded residences designed to offer luxury living in a tranquil setting.

Wellness and Lifestyle Amenities

Anantara Retreat Çeşme will offer multiple dining venues, a rooftop skygazing bar, and an Anantara Spa & Wellness Centre.

Guests and residents will also have access to a wide range of leisure facilities, including outdoor swimming pools, tennis and padel courts, and a dedicated Kids & Teens Club.

Part of the Castello Fontana Masterplan

The project forms part of the larger Castello Fontana mixed-use development, which is being developed by Arikan Proje Geliştirme A.Ş.

The masterplan has been designed around themes of art, gastronomy, agriculture, culture, and wellbeing, creating a destination that reflects the heritage and natural character of Türkiye’s Aegean region.

Strengthening Minor Hotels’ Presence in Türkiye

Minor Hotels says the opening will reinforce its long-term growth strategy in Türkiye while introducing the Anantara Retreat concept to Çeşme, a destination known for its coastline, thermal springs, vineyards, olive groves, and historic villages.

Located approximately one hour from İzmir Adnan Menderes Airport, the retreat will combine a secluded countryside setting with convenient access from Türkiye’s third-largest city.

Scheduled to open in 2030, Anantara Retreat Çeşme and Anantara Residences Çeşme are expected to further position the region as a leading destination for luxury travel, wellness, and experiential tourism on the Aegean coast.
