Air France has unveiled a new dining experience in its long-haul lounges at Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport, introducing seasonal dishes created by renowned French chef Yves Camdeborde.
The new menu is available in the airline’s lounges located in Terminal 2E, halls K, L and M, further enhancing Air France’s premium ground experience with cuisine inspired by French regional traditions and locally sourced ingredients.
Seasonal Menu by Yves Camdeborde
A pioneer of France’s bistronomy movement, Yves Camdeborde has developed a collection of lunch and dinner dishes that will be refreshed throughout the year to reflect the changing seasons.
Created in partnership with hospitality provider Sodexo Live!, the menu combines generous, authentic flavours with recipes designed to suit both travellers seeking a quick meal and those wishing to dine at a more relaxed pace.
Current dishes include free-range chicken with preserved lemon served alongside ratatouille, a celeriac cake accompanied by cod, hake and smoked trout, and creamy spinach, mozzarella and walnut lasagne topped with button mushrooms and roasted parsnips.
Camdeborde said the menu was designed to accompany every stage of a traveller’s journey while showcasing French regional cuisine and the work of local producers.
Signature French Desserts
To complete the dining experience, Air France is also serving a new chocolate dessert created by Lenôtre. The Chocolate and Hazelnut Slice combines chocolate mousse, cocoa sponge and crisp puff pastry.
French Hospitality Before Departure
Air France’s lounges at Paris-Charles de Gaulle are designed to reflect the atmosphere of traditional Parisian cafés and brasseries, offering passengers a comfortable environment in which to work, relax or dine before long-haul flights.
The airline said the enhanced menu also supports its broader commitment to promoting French gastronomy while continuing to develop more sustainable catering practices across its premium services.
