Air France has returned as an official partner of the Cannes Film Festival for the 46th consecutive year, launching the third season of its private beach experience on the Croisette during the 2026 event.
The airline’s luxury beach venue will operate throughout the 79th Cannes Film Festival from 12 to 23 May 2026, combining gastronomy, design and aviation heritage in a setting inspired by both Concorde and Air France’s La Première first-class experience.
Air France Beach Returns To Cannes
Located next to the Hôtel Martinez beach, the Air France venue has become one of the festival’s best-known hospitality spaces in recent years.
The private beach includes a restaurant, lounge area, bar and beachfront seating designed around the airline’s premium travel identity.
For 2026, the concept celebrates the 50th anniversary of Concorde’s first commercial flight while also highlighting the contemporary La Première experience.
Concorde-Inspired Dining Experience
During the daytime, festival guests can reserve lunches at the beach’s Concorde-themed restaurant, which seats around 30 people.
The venue pays tribute to the supersonic aircraft often referred to as the “Great White Bird,” combining aviation heritage with luxury Riviera hospitality.
The outdoor space also includes loungers and sea views intended to create a quieter atmosphere away from the main festival crowds.
Private Evening Dinners Hosted By Michelin-Level Chefs
In the evenings, the Air France beach becomes a private dining venue reserved for invited airline guests.
Chef Mory Sacko has created the starter and main course menus inspired by dishes currently served in Air France’s La Première cabin on flights between Paris Charles de Gaulle and Abidjan.
Desserts are designed by pastry chef Claire Heitzler, whose creations are also served onboard Air France La Première flights departing Paris.
New La Première Caviar Experience Introduced
Air France is also introducing a new sand-level La Première-inspired tasting experience offering caviar and premium wine pairings overlooking the Mediterranean.
The experience includes Sturia Osciètre caviar paired with Charles Heidsieck Blanc des Millénaires champagne and Gérard Bertrand Clos du Temple rosé.
A non-alcoholic pairing option featuring French Bloom Rosé is also available.
The space is scented with Air France’s signature fragrance AF001, created by French perfumer Francis Kurkdjian.
Luxury Design Inspired By La Première
The beach design incorporates the visual identity of Air France La Première, including white, grey and red colour palettes alongside the airline’s winged seahorse emblem.
Air France said the project reflects its broader effort to showcase French gastronomy, luxury and craftsmanship as part of its premium brand identity during major international events.
